Appointed to the Board of Directors effective March 5, 2007 Mr. Baillie was appointed President & CEO of Credit Union Atlantic in 2005. He is also a member of the Equifax Canada, Inc. Advisory Board. Previously, Mr. Baillie served for three years as Chief of Staff, Office of the Premier of Nova Scotia, and was a Partner with the executive search firm Robertson Surrette. For the past four years, Mr. Baillie has been named one of Atlantic Canada’s Top 50 CEOs by Atlantic Business magazine. An active community volunteer, he is a member of the Boards of Dalhousie University and the Halifax International Airport Authority, and past-chair of the Board of Neptune Theatre. Mr. Baillie holds a B.Comm. from Dalhousie University, a Chartered Accountant (CA) designation, and is a graduate of the Canadian Securities Institute. |
