PSP Investments’ Real Estate portfolio is diversified across strategy, real estate sectors and geography. Core investments, which dominate the portfolio, involve the least amount of risk and typically target stable income-producing investments in traditional sectors, such as multi-family residential, retail, office and industrial. Value enhanced and opportunistic investments complete the portfolio. In terms of geography, approximately half the portfolio is invested in Canada and three quarters of it is focused on North America.
