Mr. Fyfe was appointed President and CEO of PSP Investments in October 2003. PSP Investments is one of Canada’s largest pension investment managers. It invests funds for the pension plans of the Public Service, the Royal Canadian Mounted Police, the Canadian Forces and its Reserve Force.
Prior to joining PSP Investments, Mr. Fyfe held the position of President, CDP Capital – World Markets. Before joining CDP Capital, Mr. Fyfe was President and Chief Operating Officer of TAL International, a division of TAL Global Asset Management. He was previously a Vice President at JP Morgan in London, England.
Mr. Fyfe is a member of the Board of Directors of Revera Inc., Telesat Canada and TimberWest Forest Corp. He serves as Chair of the Emory Center for Alternative Investments in Atlanta and as Chair of the Pacific Pension Institute (PPI). He also sits on the Advisory Board of Black Coral Capital, a company specialized in cleantech investment.

Mr. Valentini joined PSP Investments in April 2005 as Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer. In August 2008, he was appointed Executive Vice President, COO and CFO. Prior to joining PSP Investments, he held the position of Chief Financial Officer at BCE Emergis for three years and spent two years at Cognicase Inc. as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer. Previously Mr. Valentini was Senior Vice President, Corporate Finance at Pricewaterhouse Coopers and held senior positions in Corporate Finance at Ernst & Young and CDP Capital.
Mr. Archambault joined PSP Investments in March 2005 as Vice President, Human Resources. In April 2006, he was appointed Senior Vice President, Human Resources. Prior to joining PSP Investments, Mr. Archambault headed up Human Resources in investment management organizations such as Talvest Fund Management from 1998 to 2002 and TAL Global Asset Management from 2002 to 2005. He brings over 25 years of experience in the field of human resources management.
Mr. Cunningham joined PSP Investments in June 2004 as Vice President, Real Estate Investments and in October 2007 was appointed Senior Vice President, Real Estate Investments. Prior to joining PSP Investments, Mr. Cunningham spent four years with Merrill Lynch Real Estate Finance Group as Quebec Regional Manager and before that was Senior Vice President at Brazos Advisors Canada for four years. From 1988 to 1996, he held various positions at National Bank of Canada and was at Coopers & Lybrand from 1983 to 1988. Mr. Cunningham qualified as a Chartered Accountant in 1986.
Mr. Garant joined PSP Investments in September 2008 as Senior Vice President, Public Market Investments. He was previously with Hydro-Québec, where he held several business development and portfolio management positions with increasing responsibility: from 2005 to 2008, he was Executive Vice President of Finance and CFO for Hydro-Québec, as well as the CEO of Hydro-Québec International. From 1991 to 1997, he held the position of Senior Manager, Private Equity at the Caisse de dépôt et placement du Québec.
Mr. Guilmette joined PSP Investments in November 2005 as Vice President, Infrastructure Investments. In April 2007, he was appointed Senior Vice President, Infrastructure Investments. Prior to joining PSP Investments, Mr. Guilmette spent the previous nine years at the Caisse de dépôt et placement du Québec as Senior Director in energy and infrastructure investments. Bruno Guilmette brings over 20 years of experience which he acquired in organizations such as KPMG and Crédit Suisse First Boston.
Mr. Murphy joined PSP Investments in March 2004 as Senior Vice President, Private Equity. Prior to joining PSP Investments, Mr. Murphy was President and Chief Executive Officer, as well as founder of Barnridge Inc., a private investment company from 1998 to 2004. Prior to Barnridge, he worked in the investment banking sector from 1986 to 1997 for such companies as J.P. Morgan and Swiss Bank Corporation Warburg.
Mr. Lacourcière joined PSP Investments in July 2010 as Senior Vice President and Chief Legal Officer. Prior to joining PSP Investments, Mr. Lacourcière was a senior partner practicing in the securities and public mergers and acquisitions fields at Ogilvy Renault (now Norton Rose) in Montréal, where he also served as a member of its executive committee and chair of its finance committee. Mr. Lacourcière is also a former Vice-President and General Counsel of BCE/Bell Canada, and a former business law partner at Fasken Martineau in Toronto. He has practiced law for over 30 years in Toronto, London (UK) and Montréal.
Ms. Lachance joined PSP Investments in December 2006 as Corporate Secretary. She was appointed Vice President, Responsible Investment in addition to her Corporate Secretary function in June 2012. Before joining PSP Investments, Ms. Lachance was Senior Legal Counsel, Compliance and Assistant Corporate Secretary at Quebecor Media and held several positions as Legal Counsel and Manager at the Montreal Exchange, the Toronto Stock Exchange and the Autorités des marchés financiers. Ms. Lachance received her Law Degree (LLB) from Université de Montréal and is a member of the Quebec Bar. Over the years, she has developed expertise in the areas of corporate law, securities, governance and compliance.
